Build 01 is live: software for car dealerships
Our first venture is out of stealth — dealer listing and lead-response software built for car dealerships, aimed squarely at the gap where most deals quietly die: the minutes after a lead comes in.
Our first venture is out of stealth — dealer listing and lead-response software built for car dealerships, aimed squarely at the gap where most deals quietly die: the minutes after a lead comes in.
A car dealership doesn't usually lose a sale because its prices are wrong or its inventory is thin. It loses the sale because someone else answered first.
A shopper fills out a form at 9:14 p.m. By the time a salesperson sees it the next morning, that same shopper has messaged three other dealers and booked a test drive with whoever replied fastest. The lead was never bad. The response was just too slow.
Build 01 goes straight at that problem.
It's two things working together:
The whole point is to compress the distance between "a shopper is interested" and "a shopper is on the calendar," so the dealership that answers best wins the deal — not just the one that happened to be staffed at the right minute.
True to the playbook, this didn't start with a spec. It started with operator conversations — the people living inside dealership workflows every day — and a single question: where do deals actually leak? The answer came back the same way every time. Speed of response.
So that's what we built first. Not a bloated platform trying to do everything a dealership does, but the one mechanism that protects revenue the hardest.
Customers before code. Every build starts with operator conversations, not a spec.
Build 01 is live and in front of real dealerships now. From here, the numbers lead: response times, booked appointments, and retention decide how much fuel it gets. We'll share what we learn as we learn it — the wins and the hard parts both.
